One More Time

The Huffman pack has done it again - we've moved! We never thought that we'd be doing this (to Nigel and Divot) yet again but business demands have dictated it. We have expanded our territory (even humans have territories) and that business expansion has meant that we need to be closer to an airport, and also the majority of our Arizona business is coming out of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and so, we've made a move closer to the Phoenix Metro area. We are still about 30 minutes north of the city so we're not engulfed in the chaos. My biggest concern is always Nigel and Divot and how they'll adjust. I'm very proud of these two because even though we've only been here 1 week, they have adjusted beautifully. At first they were a little out of their element but they've proven themselves to be incredibly flexible and confident. Their new back yard has something their Sedona yard didn't - grass! When we brought them to the new house for the first time, and let them explore in their new backyard, they both ran around on the grass before they did anything else. It was so fun to watch them enjoying it! Their new house also has a pool and thankfully they are cautious around it. They have become more comfortable around the water and seem to enjoy watching its movement. I never leave them alone outside and I think this is wise, especially around water. I sure hope this is the last time we do this for quite a while!
